What reading this site does and does not create.
This site is published by Meridian Governance Partners, a venture of NAH Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By reading it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
Reading it, or sending an enquiry through it, does not create a professional relationship between you and this firm. A relationship begins only when both parties have signed an engagement instrument that says so. Until then, nothing said here or in correspondence is advice you should act on, and nothing you send is protected by any professional privilege.
The limits, stated plainly.
- This is not advice
- Everything published here is general. It is written to be useful to a wide range of privately owned enterprises, which means it is calibrated to none of them. Your circumstances are specific and this material has not considered them.
- This is not investment, legal or tax advice
- The firm provides governance advisory services. It is not an investment adviser, does not advise on investments, does not manage assets and takes custody of nothing. It is not a law firm and it is not your accountant. Where a governance instrument has legal or tax consequences, take advice from somebody qualified to give it in your jurisdiction.
- Accuracy and availability
- The site is published in good faith and kept current, and it is provided as it stands. We do not warrant that it is complete, that it is free of error, or that it will be reachable at any particular moment, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
- Liability
- To the fullest extent the law allows, neither the firm nor NAH Group LLC nor either partner is liable for any loss arising from this site. That covers reading it, relying on anything published on it, and being unable to reach it. It includes loss of profit, loss of opportunity and consequential loss, however arising. Nothing here excludes liability that the law does not permit to be excluded, including for fraud.
What we ask of you.
- The enquiry form
- Use it to tell us what prompted your enquiry. Do not send anything confidential, privileged or about a third party through it, because until an engagement is signed we cannot promise to treat it as confidential. We may decline to respond to any enquiry, and we say so when we do.
- The client portal
- The client login leads to the Governance Operating System, which is available only to families under engagement and is governed by the engagement instrument and the portal's own terms, not by this page.
- Conduct
- Do not interfere with the site, probe its security, submit the enquiry form by automated means, or misrepresent who you are. Search engines and reading assistants may index the site; the file at llms.txt describes it for them.
What belongs to whom.
The frameworks published on this site, being the Governance Pyramid, the Governance Blueprint and the Governance Maturity Curve, belong to Meridian Governance Partners or to NAH Group LLC. So do the Governance Operating Index, the text, the photographs, the names, the marks and the design of this site.
You are welcome to read them, quote them with attribution, and use them to think about your own enterprise. You may not present them as your own, reproduce them at length, or sell an assessment built on them.
Links to other sites are provided for convenience. What is on them is not ours and is not endorsed by us.
Who this site is built for.
This site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines at level AA, and every page is tested against them before it is published. Every page is complete without scripting, every control can be reached by keyboard, and every colour on every ground clears the contrast that its type size requires.

Which law applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, in the United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from this site is brought in the state or federal courts sitting in Orange County, Florida, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
Where the law of your own country gives you a right that cannot be set aside by agreement, that right is not affected by anything above. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
These terms may change. The date at the top is the date of the version you are reading, and the previous version is available on request. To raise anything under this page, use the contact page and say that your enquiry concerns these terms.
