Artificial intelligence
Where we use artificial intelligence, and where we refuse to.
It turns a question into a query. Decisis takes a question in your own words and answers it from your own records, under the seat of the person asking, quoting your documents with the version cited. An answer that states a figure not in the records is discarded whole rather than corrected. It is shown working on the home page.
It drafts board pack sections. The risk and conflict summary is drawn from your own register data, and it flags what it can see, such as a mitigation whose review date has passed.
Every passage it writes is marked as machine authorship until a named person approves it, and the published pack names who did.
If you would rather it drafted nothing, we write that section by hand and nothing else changes.
It approves nothing and it scores nothing.

Is the platform sold separately from the engagement?
No. It comes with the engagement. What you retain is a governance office, and the platform is the instrument that office runs on.
Who can see what?
Every query runs under the seat of the person asking, so a passage somebody may not read is a passage that was never returned. A recused member asking about the matter they are recused from gets nothing rather than a redaction.
Does our data leave our own portal?
No. The portal carries your name and your colour, and ours appears once beneath yours. Nothing is compared across families, and no figure about your enterprise is published anywhere.
Do you compare us to other family offices?
No. There is no peer median, no benchmark and no estimated point gain anywhere in what we produce, because we cannot evidence one. Every figure you are shown opens the records behind it.
Who owns the governance once it is built?
You do. The record is yours, the decisions are yours, and nothing in it can be edited, including by us.
What happens if we stop working with you?
The record is yours. It was never editable by us, and it does not become less complete because the engagement ended.

A capital request is checked for process completeness and policy fit only: documents present, threshold path identified, conflicts screened, funding source stated. It will not rank an investment or recommend one.

Nothing you decide can be edited, including by us.
